Electrical Construction Divisional Manager

Casey brings more than 20 years of construction experience to his role as Electrical Construction Division Manager at Winward Electric. He is committed to building high-performing teams, strengthening operations, and supporting Winward’s continued growth through strong leadership and dependable project execution.

Throughout his commercial construction career, Casey has advanced through leadership positions, including Superintendent and Operations Lead. His experience encompasses complex government facilities, industrial developments, and large-scale concrete construction. He is especially proud to have contributed to several landmark Utah projects, including Salt Lake City International Airport, the Utah State Correctional Facility, the Brigham City Utah Temple, and the Ogden Utah Temple.

Casey leads with a hands-on, team-centered approach that emphasizes accountability, clear communication, and leading by example. Drawing on his experience in field operations, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and quality control, he brings a practical, solutions-focused perspective to every project. He is passionate about developing employees and building strong relationships with clients and project partners.

Outside of work, Casey values time with his wife of 22 years, their three children, and their French Bulldogs. He enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, traveling, soccer, and working with his hands. Time spent outdoors and with family provides him with balance and purpose beyond his professional role.
