Chans has spent his career in the construction industry, gaining experience across multiple roles and industries—from the field to management. This broad background allows him to bring practical insight to every phase of a project and to support his teams with a balanced perspective that prioritizes people, performance, and long-term results.

Chans believes project success is built through teamwork and trust. By working hand in hand with the project managers he leads, he helps foster an environment focused on clear communication, consistent execution, and strong client relationships.

Outside of work, Chans and his wife are raising three daughters and value the time they spend together as a family. Whether supporting youth sports and tumbling, raising and showing livestock, or enjoying the outdoors, these experiences reinforce his belief in responsibility, balance, and teamwork. They shape his approach to leadership and reflect his commitment to building something meaningful—both professionally and at home.
