Josh brings more than 25 years of experience in electrical contracting, blending his technical foundation with a forward-looking vision for the industry. He believes success is found in growing both people and projects, ensuring the company thrives while making a meaningful difference for employees and the community.

Outside of work, Josh and his wife are raising five children. Their family enjoys camping, hunting, sand dune adventures, and competitive racing. These experiences ground him in balance and purpose, reinforcing his belief that leadership is about building a legacy of impact both in business and at home.
