Stacee provides strategic leadership across operations, people strategy, and organizational development. She is focused on building strong systems and a people-centered culture that supports growth, strengthens performance, and enables long-term success.

Stacee brings more than 28 years of experience in human resources and executive leadership. Her background includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Zions Bancorporation and Director of Talent Management for PCC Structurals, where she helped organizations navigate growth, change, and operational complexity. In addition to her role at Winward Electric, Stacee is the Founder and President of Momentum Employer Group, an outsourced HR firm that partners with organizations to align people strategy with business outcomes.

Stacee earned her MBA from the University of Utah and completed her undergraduate degree in Human Resources at Weber State University. She holds both SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.

Outside of work, Stacee enjoys competitive sports and finds joy with her family at ball games. She also enjoys playing the piano, reading books on leadership, and living a life filled with purpose.
